GlobalVerge Court Awards

As well as being awarded $44 million GlobalVerge has been awarded an additional $174,000 against the Zero1 investors.

A further 20 prosecutions of individuals and companies are presently in process, all of which are expected to be awarded to GlobalVerge and hopefully final judgements will come down within the coming month.

We want our members to know that GlobalVerge are not taking these actions to be vindictive or to make financial gains. Our focus has always been on moving forward: But to do that we need to clear all the misrepresentation  that has been caused by various transgressions.

We are taking these actions in order to protect the reputation of both our company and our members and to ensure that any ‘would be rivals’ will understand that GlobalVerge is a ‘force not to be taken lightly.’

If there is one criticism of the HTC EVO 4G it has been the short battery life for anyone keeping all their applications active. Global Mobile 1 in Canada, Australia and South Africa

NO-ONE can introduce new phone systems into Canada, Australia or South Africa quickly and it takes extra time for all the MLM components to align with normal cellular services. But GlobalVerge have worked steadily for the past 12 months to do this: And because of the sales history GlobalVerge has obtained in the US now, the way has become so much smoother.

Everyone wants dates: But ‘Dates for GlobalVerge GM1 in Canada and Australia are entirely dependent on their respective carriers: It could be 2 weeks or 2 months but we are VERY close.’ Mark Petschel. (BTW: Australia Carriers are Optus and Hutchinson.)

Unlimited plans will not be available in Canada and Australia but the GlobalVerge plans will still have lots of appeal as they will enable the average person/family to save money and have a great commission.

Global Mobile 1 will offer a ‘Shared Minutes Plan’ (instead of a Pre-Paid Family Plan) with bulk minutes text and data: Allowing up to 5 phones on the one plan.

CDMA products may be possible too but a bit further down the track. Global SIM Cards will be available.

Canada: GlobalVerge VoIP is ALREADY available in Canada and the final contracts are being completed between GlobalVerge and the Canadian Providers to have GlobalVerge Global Mobile 1 (GM1) Products/Services in Canada.

South Africa: May just have a Reseller’s License for a larger carrier * But like the US will have VoIP tying seamlessly into the cellular.

NEW Cellular VoIP Application

Ted and Mark are both testing a new Cellular VoIP Application: Dialing to the US, Canada & Mexico that can then be expanded to 36 different countries. This product will be EXCLUSIVE to GlobalVerge

Xennsoft have been working to enable separate carts & categories when buying individual GlobalVerge products.

Shipping costs will also be reduced when buying multiple GlobalVerge products going to the same address.

Commissions:

While Xennsoft continue to implement our NEW Pay Hub (specifically designed for GlobalVerge by Xennsoft over the past 6 months) checks are being sent out to all e-Associates who are qualified to receive commissions.

We are also working on an alternative solution for our International members who are currently being paid to their e-Wallet Accounts.

NEW Coupons

As part of the NEW payment system, GlobalVerge e-associates will have the ability to create coupon certificates that can then be used in many different ways. This is the latest message from Ted Robbins ‘From the Desk of the GlobalVerge President, Ted Robbins: May 25, 2010’

The news is spreading fast that we won our court case last week and received a $44M judgment against Zer01 and Ben Piilani. 

My phone has been ringing off the hook from news reporters and of course excited e-Associates. Once again, I want to thank all of you who have weathered this storm with us. Of course, we have other business to clean up on the legal front and I promise all of you that we are working diligently on these cases. This is YOUR business and I am personally committed to protect the opportunity that you have with GlobalVerge. 

However, that said, it is time to move forward and build your teams with the strength of your convictions. We have momentum and timing on our side now and so you will want to take advantage of this. 

I want to remind everyone once again that THIS MONDAY, May 31 2010 is the absolute deadline for US e-Associates renewing an inactive position. 

Also, since May 31 2010 is a holiday our offices will be closed May 29, 30 and 31. (The offices are unattended on week-ends.)

Therefore, I want to make sure that everyone understands how we are going to handle the renewal deadline. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this.

I am including the instructions for renewal of an inactive position so that you can TAKE ACTION NOW. Please read these instructions carefully.  

There are different actions for people who may not be able to access their account for any number of reasons (forgotten password or ID etc.)

If you can’t get into your Back Office to reactivate then you must contact our Support Staff at GlobalVerge. Since the deadline is May 31 2010 and we are closed May 29, 30 and 31 you need to know what to do in case of any last minute emergency or access problem while our offices are closed. 

If for some reason you cannot access your Back Office when we are closed (This SATURDAY, SUNDAY and MONDAY .. May 29th through May 31 2010) Then we will accept a Support Ticket dated no later than May 31, 2010 at MIDNIGHT CENTRAL Time. This Support Ticket MUST request BOTH RENEWAL and ACTIVATION and MUST contain the following information: 

1. Name of e-Associate

2. ID#

3. Name of Plan to activate: Introductory, Basic or Professional.

4. Last 4 digits of Credit Card on file with GlobalVerge

5. CVV number on back of Credit Card

6. Statement saying that you wish to reactivate and be on autoship for May 2010.

NOTE:  If the card you have on file is no longer active and you wish to use a different card you can either give your new card number in the Support Ticket (along with the Expiry Date and CVV Code) OR you can insert a phone number for us to call you on Tuesday, June 1 2010 to get that information. 

ALSO NOTE: Upon receipt of the Support Ticket requesting renewal the GlobalVerge Support Staff will also automatically reinstate your autoship.

An email letting you know that your renewal has been completed will be sent to each person that submits a support ticket.    

If we do not receive a Support Ticket by May 31 2010 at Midnight Central Time with the appropriate information you will be locked out of the system. 

To Initiate a Support Ticket:

1. Go to www.globalverge.com and select the ‘Support’ tab. Follow instructions and click to submit a ticket to GlobalVerge.

2. This will bring you to the Support Suite page. Again, click on Submit a ticket and then follow the steps by entering information.

3. Make sure to keep your ticket ID# for your records.

I cannot stress enough that you need to take action NOW.  Do not wait until the deadline.

RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS:

If you are still able to login to your Back Office then you must do the following PRIOR TO May 31 2010 at MIDNIGHT Central.

1. Place an Order on the left side of your home page in your original Back office. 

2. This order must be for either $14.95 Intro (Intro), $39.95 (Basic) or $99.95 (Pro Pack)

3. Make sure that your credit card is entered and is updated.

4. When you have placed the order, go back to the original page and on the left click Manage Autoship.  In this section you need to set up your autoship to occur monthly. 

5. Check and make sure that your order has processed.

NOTE: Your autoship will not start processing until June so you have to place an order first so that you have an order in May in order to meet the deadline. 

If you are NOT able to login to your Back Office then you must do the following PRIOR TO May 31 2010 at MIDNIGHT Central.

NOTE:  See instructions above for after hours Support Ticket Submission.

1. Call Global Verge Rep Support on 816-875-3213 or 816-875-3226 and tell them you want to renew.

2. Be prepared with all of your personal information.  

3. Request that an order be placed for May 2010.   

4. Also request that your autoship be reinstated.   

5. Get the confirmation order # for your records. You will need this order # if any problems occur.   

6. Request that your website be reinstated and ask for the password that you will use to log in.

7. Immediately check your Back Office to assure your order was placed.

NOTE:  If you reactivate by the May 31 2010 GlobalVerge will waiver the $30 activation fee for the Basic membership and the $50 activation fee for the Professional membership.  . 

ALSO NOTE: Canadian, South African and Australian e-Associates will be able to hold their position and downline until 30 days after the mobile product is implemented in their respective countries. 

HOWEVER, keep in mind that if you have an active downline you will not be paid unless you have an active position. The decision is yours. There are many e-Associates that have been building U.S. downlines from other countries or are working with their teams to be paid from their matrix positions while sharing many of our other products.

I have spent this past week at Global Verge HQ and it is very exciting to see everyone in such high spirits. E-Associates are calling with testimonials on their new phones, people are reactivating and orders are piling in. It feels great.

The Global Mobile 1 Website has been updated every day this week and will continually display new information so make sure you keep up with all the latest changes. 

Most importantly, now that we have opened Global Mobile1 for retail customers, I want to make sure that everyone who may have been sitting on the sidelines understands the deadline for activating their position so that they can maintain their place in the matrix as well as keep their downline intact. 

We have been talking about this on the recorded calls, but I felt it was necessary to make this official statement so that it is perfectly clear to everyone that US e-Associates who have put their autoship on hold MUST ACTIVATE THEIR POSITION BY May 31st at 5:00 pm CDT. 

Don’t wait until the last minute and don’t let your team wait until the last minute. Call them and fill them in on what we are doing and let THEM make the decision to renew.  Don’t make it for them by not contacting them. 

If you have been in limbo here are the details for reactivating your GlobalVerge position. 

If you ARE able to log into your Back Office * You MUST do the following PRIOR to May 31 at 5:00 pm CDT: 

1.  Place an Order on the left side of your home page in your original Back office. 

2.  This order must be for either the $39.95 (Basic) or $99.95 (Professional)

3.  Make sure that your credit card is entered correctly and is updated.

4. When you have placed the order, go back to the original page and on the left click Manage Autoship.  In this section you need to set up your autoship to occur monthly. 

5. Check and make sure that your order has processed..

NOTE: Your Autoship will not start processing until June so you have to place an order first so that you have an order in May in order to meet the deadline. 

If you are NOT able to log into your Back Office * You MUST do the following PRIOR to May 31 at 5:00 pm CDT:

1. Call Global Verge Support at  816-875-3213 or 816-875-3226 and tell them you want to renew your membership.

2. Be prepared with all of your personal information. 

3. Request that that an order be placed for May.  

4. Also request that your Autoship be reinstated.  

5. Get the confirmation order number for your records. You will need this order number if any problems occur.   

6. Request that BOTH your websites be reinstated and ask for the password to be able to login the first time you try.

7. Immediately check your Back Office to assure your order was placed.

NOTE:  If you reactivate by the May 31 deadline WE ARE WAIVING the $30 activation fee for Basic membership and the $50 activation fee for Professional membership. 

For those very patient e-Associates in Canada, South Africa and Australia, you will be able to hold your position and your downline until 30 days after the mobile product is implemented in your countries. 

HOWEVER, keep in mind that if you have an active downline you will not be paid unless you have an active position. The decision is yours. There are many e-Associates that have been building U.S. downlines from other countries or are working with their teams to be paid from their matrix positions while sharing many of our other products.
