This is the latest message from Ted Robbins ‘From the Desk of the GlobalVerge President, Ted Robbins: April 3, 2010’

It has been such a phenomenal week.

We had a great meeting in Orlando. Phones were handed out to Triple Diamonds.

AND we raffled two additional Smart phones to members of the audience: an HTC Hero and a Samsung Moment.

We also raffled a Pow-R-Save, as well as an Air Card and a Smart Charger to some very lucky audience participants.

Yet another person received a Pow-R-Save for traveling the farthest to the meeting. This e-Associate lives in Redmond, Washington but interrupted their vacation in Mexico to attend the meeting in Orlando. Amazing!

A table was set up for e-Associates to place orders for various products on the spot.

Additionally, an upcoming contest for all GlobalVerge e-Associates was announced. To be eligible for participation in this contest you must be an active Gold e-Associate. Many prizes will be awarded and the details and parameters of the promotion will be finalized this coming week.

After the official meeting ended, Preston Stewart, the CEO of Xennsoft, Ruth, Tony, Raymond, Mark and Ted gathered for a couple of hours with all the field leaders to answer any questions they had and to share more information.

Momentum is building and we are ready for it. We have two more Regional Meetings currently scheduled and others are being arranged. I urge you to do whatever you can be at one of these meetings.

Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart, to all of you who have supported us on this journey. I am personally so grateful for your tenacity and unending enthusiasm.

The corporate staff has received numerous complaints from e-Associates regarding emails and calls they are receiving from a group that refers to themselves as Global Group.

The concerns stem from the fact that many e-Associates feel that this group is posing as Global Verge in an attempt to lure them to a business that does not exist.  I wanted to address this so that everyone understands that Global Group is not associated with Global Verge.

If you receive emails from this Group you can simply unsubscribe from them by going to the bottom of their emails.  If you want us to investigate further contact us by sending a note to compliance@globalverge.com so that we can assist you,

We have also been receiving questions from many of you on the status of the commissions on the VOIP product.  We have been working with our current VOIP provider to get answers to everything so that we can accurately pay the commissions owed to those that have bought and/or sold the product.  We will diligently continue these efforts.  However, I also want to ASSURE you that you will be paid the commissions that you have earned.  I personally apologize for the delays and confusion regarding this.

Now on to the fun stuff:

On Tuesday night’s Corporate call we announced that we are working on several additional MVNOs to accompany the existing one that we completed last week.  We also announced the first of our Telecom products associated with our new MVNO which is the Prepaid Air Card.  The Air Cards will be rolled out next week with great prices and a residual. This is very exciting and we can’t wait to roll this product out next week.

But that’s not all.  Earlier today I sent out an email notification announcing a new technology launch with our partner Xennsoft.  Make sure that you read this morning’s email for all the details on this commissionable product which allows you to send personal voicemails to your entire down-line using the tree view.  This is what many of our leaders have been begging for.  There are so many aspects to this product that you need to be informed about as soon as possible so that you can start taking advantage of them.

Again, this is $14.95 per month with $5.00 of that going towards commission.  Of that $2.00 goes to the sponsor and the rest goes to the up-line.

Details are in your GlobalVerge back office at www.mygvoffice.com Go to ‘My Marketing Tools’   Click on the CHANGE link next to ‘Package Details.’   We intend to give further details on this product during next Tuesday’s corporate call.

We are moving on track towards the first week of April for our mobile phone roll out and we are also scheduling Regional Meetings.  The locations of these meetings will be announced soon.

Keep checking your notifications because announcements will be coming fast and furious over the course of the next few weeks.

Letter from GlobalVerge President, Ted Robbins: February 17, 2010

I have received so much positive feedback from e-Associates regarding my open and upfront communication about where we are headed with Global Verge.

When our doors reopen in the coming weeks for the phones and the service (that we have so diligently worked to establish) the flood gates will be like nothing we have ever experienced before (including the rush we had last summer.) And this will be because the offering we will have, will be like nothing anyone has ever experienced.

On the other hand, I have also been receiving literally hundreds of calls and emails from people who are worried because of things they are being told by people who they had felt were leaders in the field.

These individuals have been receiving emails and calls, asking them to attend conference calls and meetings that will inform them about being placed in another company that is being formed by them.

Most of the concerns are coming from e-Associates who typically say ‘Perhaps they think I don’t have a mind of my own?’

I personally want you to understand that I know that we have a very intelligent base of e-Associates that made up their own minds when they joined us, made up their own minds when they decided to continue with us or even decided to put their autoship on hold and sit back. So certainly we understand that you are intelligent enough to make your own decisions going forward.

At Global Verge Corporate we know what we have. We know what is coming and we know how difficult it is to pull it off. Certainly you have witnessed this. And frankly we feel badly for anyone that chooses to take a different direction, but of course this is their prerogative.

I personally want you to know that we are here for you. We have known for quite some time about this organization of people that believe they can do what we are doing and believe they can do it better. We recognized it when they came into our offices to glean as much as possible from us about what our strategies are. And, competition is the name of the game.

With what we have now and have been striving after for many months, we know we can’t be touched and this feels so good. However, you have to do what feels good for you.

I used the analogy of a ship last week, saying: ‘When we officially meet someday I want to personally shake your hand and welcome your friends on board the ship that made it through the storm.’ I want you to know that I was definitely not referring to the Titanic.

So let me reassure you that we will arrive safely with thousands on board. Also know that I am not referring to a rowboat either. We started in a rowboat because any new business has to have the help of many people to grab an oar to get it pointed in the right direction. However, if a few people on the rowboat feel that it should go in a direction that selfishly benefits them personally, but does not necessarily benefit everyone on the  boat, then it’s best that they get off.

We don’t work from an ego perspective here. We work from a collective perspective and have rejected egos. Our approach has not worked for some people but we feel very strongly about it. We believe that everyone is equal. We believe that there is no one group or no one person that is a greater leader than another.

I’m sure you understand the networking world where each person ‘gets a few’ who in turn do the same. When you are told ‘We Want You’ you should feel proud of that fact. You are a leader yourself. You are in control of YOUR team. Therefore, don’t ever feel that you have to turn in a certain direction because someone in front of you says this is the way we are turning: Even if your team only consists of one.

I have so appreciated every call and email. My heart goes out to each of you.  We are here. And, regardless of the rhetoric you are being fed, we will always be here. We are not going anywhere. The only thing left to say is that when we hit shore, get out of the way because we have the product and we promise to over deliver.

With great respect,

Ted Robbins, President Global Verge

Please note that this is a lengthy notification but very important for everyone to read all the way through.

If you listened to our corporate call last night you are aware that we announced the launch of our GlobalVerge Sales Incentives program. We have already been receiving tremendous feedback from leaders in the field about what a great tool this is going to be for building your business.

This is a very valuable resource that provides some of the following great aspects:

1. Product overviews, including virtual brochures

2. Packages to help you get started and save up to 45%

3. Sales tips and FAQs to help you use the products

4. Secure purchase platform and 24/7 member support

To get all of the information on the program go to www.globalvergeincentives.com

Take a few moments to walk through the website. You will be amazed at the packages that are available to you to give your prospects the incentive to join your team and also recognize your current team accomplishments.

Also, as we have let you know over the past several weeks, we are in the process of branding our phones to Global Mobile1. This means that (once this is completed) when you order a phone through Global Verge, it will be branded Global Mobile1. This sounds great, and it is, but I feel compelled to let you know that accomplishing this is a very intricate process.

For example, because we have a very aggressive sales force we realize that we must have an inventory that will not only sustain the flood of initial orders, but also will be perpetually replenished by our manufacturing vendors in a timely and systematic fashion. Therefore, thousands of phones have to be configured and shipped before we turn on the ordering. Of course we are in the process of all of this.

Additionally, as we have also shared, we are developing the tracking system and the ordering interface. This too is an immensely detailed undertaking. It is very important that the interface is both dynamic and user friendly. Incorporating the tracking system so that at a push of the button you and your customers will get immediate feedback and tracking to identify where the order is at the moment of submission, all the way through to order receipt, necessitates the combination of three software systems (at a minimum.) These systems have been designed and are in test mode as we speak.

Finally, having our phones branded to Global Mobile1 is not just a naming convention   that pops up on the screen. Contractual agreements had to be put into place with vendors around the world. This takes time.

Initially our take was to get product out the door to you. To get an interim service up and running because we knew how desperately you all wanted the phones. We had been progressing at a rate that was consistent with normal growth back before June. Then with the advent of the telecommunications proposal that we had been working on for many months, the wind hit our sales like a hurricane. Like anything goodness comes out of facing adversity head on. We have taken heed to your voice indicating you really don’t want the products until they are 100% ready. This is why we waited to announce the incentives program: Until we actually HAD it.

With all of this said, I want to let you know that it is going to be approximately another 4 to 6 weeks before we are ready to fully launch Global Mobile 1. We are so very excited about everything we know is coming. However, we also know that there are many of you that are caught in a Catch 22 right now. That is, you may have ordered a CDMA or GSM smart phone and it has finally arrived. To clarify, a smart phone is a device that allows you to make and receive phone calls and also has a Windows, Android or Symbian based operating system that enables the handset to have such features as a personal computer.

Unfortunately since we are in the midst of our branding process and integration of all systems, we cannot activate these smart phones until we have this completed. Again, this will be in approximately another 4 to 6 weeks.

Please note that customers on existing plans that have smart phones can and will be able to continue to use the existing network and will have the ability to renew their calling plans each month.

Also, if you have ordered a smart phone and have not yet received it we are giving you several options. You can either:

1.  Cancel your order for a full refund

2.  Have us send you the phone and you can sell it and make a profit.

3.  Have us send you the phone and then send it back to us and we will activate it and flash it with full branding. Note, in some cases you may not have to send the phone back in for this.

4.  Have us keep the phone and send it to you fully branded once we are fully functional in 4-6 weeks.

5.  Also, if you have already received a phone from us, we will allow you to return it for full credit towards one of our upgraded branded models.

If you are an e-Associates who falls into this dilemma PLEASE SEND US A SUPPORT TICKET INDICATING WHICH OF THE ABOVE PREFERENCES YOU PREFER.

Currently we have been calling e-Associates who have orders and asking them their preference. It will be much more efficient to utilize the support ticket function.

The most exciting news out of all of this is that once we are up, this is going to ROCK.

Our mid range to high end phones will utilize both GSM and CDMA to give the absolute best coverage in the market place. Combine that with our highly rewarding compensation plan and all the other things that we have in store for you and you will know why your ‘gut feeling’ told you to weather this storm.

I want to wrap this note up by saying that it is our strong belief that in order to be    successful we must position our operations so that customers do not distinguish any significant differences in service or network performance from that of a major carrier yet we will be able to offer special affinity to our customers.

Other mobile resellers have little or no brand recognition. Because of the strength of our sales force (which obviously consists of each of you) we intend to become well known and well positioned in the market place. With all that we have come through it has taken us a while to get everything together to garner the financing and sufficient agreements so that we can provide the great service we intend to provide. But we have accomplished this now.

We have been juggling so many balls and attempting to please everyone. This kind of action results in reacting to chaos and pleasing few. Thankfully we have turned to and relied on expert advice and are poised now to turn this giant boat into the direction of the sun.

Bottom line: (and I believe this to be the most important piece of this email to you)

Our commitment from this point forward is to under promise and over deliver. Take this to heart in all I have said above. AND, without going into detail (because I can’t right now) I want all of you to know that we truly are at the pinnacle right now and we have been working on a plan that will reward and benefit everyone of you for your loyalty. You deserve it and we know this.

When we officially meet someday I want to personally shake your hand and welcome your friends on board the ship that made it through the storm.

False GM1 Support Tickets * Ticket Support System is secure * Activations, phones and the last SIMs have now been shipped.

It has come to our attention that some of you may have received a fake reply from the GM1 Support Ticket System with false information in it regarding GlobalVerge.

In the email notification that I sent out yesterday I referred to the disgruntled vendor and the tactics that he was using in an attempt to slander us. The emails that were sent today purporting to be from the support staff (using the names of Nicole and Ruth) are just another example.

Because of what he did with the emails today we now have additional proof of his fraudulent actions. If you have received such an email you are personally witnessing what we spoke about in my notification to you yesterday. It is hard to believe that such deviant behavior exists, but unfortunately it does.

We have taken steps to further secure the Ticket Support System to which he had access to, before we terminated our relationship a couple of days ago. Please know that all of the emails that were sent contained false information and numerous fraudulent statements.

We have forwarded all of these emails to our attorneys and are pursuing all legal avenues available to us against this person. If you have received an email purporting to be from GM1 Support, please forward it to us and we will send it to the attorneys as well.

We would like to assure you that NONE of the information contained in any of these ticket replies is correct or true. As I stated yesterday, we are moving forward with activations, filling orders, have sent the last SIMs and are shipping phones. We also have a stellar relationship with the Attorney Generals.

We are committed to your success and are just as upset as you are at the lack of integrity by this sole individual. Rest assured we will continue to push forward in making sure that this person is brought to justice and that the company and the opportunity are secure.

Carrier Contracts * Merchant Accounts * SIMs caught up * Phone activations

It certainly has been both a hectic and exciting week here at Corporate and I would like to take this time to bring you up to date on some of the things that have been happening.

First of all, as I mentioned on this past Thursday night’s Corporate Call, the bloggers have been out in full force. Without going into too much detail this blogger activity started with someone printing statements from a disgruntled vendor who was denied system access after we determined fraudulent activity on his part. This disgruntled vendor contacted a blogger with false claims. The blogger in turn printed these claims without verification. We have proof of everything and there is not a single bit of the information that is being printed that is true.

Unfortunately in today’s world, there are those that attempt to benefit from the work of others as well as those that try to profit by attempting to bring others down. I believe in the philosophy that ‘What goes around comes around.’ Therefore, because of my belief system, I stand on the knowledge that the proof will be in the pudding.

That said, I want to let you know that GlobalVerge is not sitting idly by while these bloggers slander us. Our lawyers have contacted the parties involved and the false allegations will be dealt with through the court system. However, throughout this process I also want to you to feel confident about the following:

1. Our contracts with the carriers are in tact and are NOT in jeopardy.

2. Our merchant accounts are in tact and are NOT in jeopardy.

3. The last of our backlogged SIMs were shipped out today.

4. Phone activations have ramped up considerably in the last few days.

Additionally, now phones are being shipped out as well. As many of you know the HTCs have been on back order. We have been contacting customers and offering them the opportunity to downgrade with a refund of the difference in price. Some have chosen this option, while others are choosing to hold out and wait for the phone they ordered.

We were expecting 7 cases of phones to come in today and these will then immediately be shipped out to those who have ordered them.

There are many people that have been waiting since the beginning of December for their phones and we are fulfilling those orders daily. Check around, you will find that people are very excited to be receiving their phone and getting them activated. I know there are still those of you that have not yet received your phone. I also know how hard it is to be patient throughout all of this.

On that note I will say that if you have an order for a phone, we know about it. If you are waiting for a phone, you will be receiving one or hearing from us. If you call and call and call you only clog up the phone lines. Although it is hard we are asking for your patience and your trust.

As I said, it has not only been a hectic week, but also an exciting this week. We are very excited to have held a two day on site meeting in Lee’s Summit with the executives at Xennsoft. The things that we have in store for you with them are amazing and we can’t wait for them to unfold. Also, our training site is being populated and we are instituting our own blog as well.

Today Ruth Mayne hosted the second Triple Diamond call of the New Year. On this call she announced the formation of an Advisory Board. This board is made up of Triple Diamond leaders that we have come to respect and very much look forward to working with.

This board will serve as a conduit from the field to us. The Advisory Board will work with the Triple Diamonds to convey information and get feedback and ideas to flow back to us. We think this system will be a great way for you to feel you have a voice into us through your upline Triple Diamond and then to the Advisory Board. The Advisory Board members will also be featured on our website with a photo and a biography so that you will be able to see the incredible talent that represents us in the field.

Also, for those of you interested in participating in this fashion, I want to let you know that this is an interim board assignment. The future Advisory Board will be made up of Diamond Elites and above. Set your sights on reaching Diamond Elite because we intend to become very well acquainted with all of our strong leaders in the field.

Thank you again for taking this journey with us. I know that the best thing that we can do is knock this ball out of the park. We intend to do that for the benefit of all of you.
